How to request removal of your Clinic account.
How deletion works
The app has an in-app option (Settings → Delete account) that calls a database function
named delete_account. Based on the app's schema, this function deletes your
auth account, which cascades to remove your profile, club memberships, and any
club-defined profile fields tied to your membership (such as contact or
emergency-contact details a club collected). This describes the intended behavior from
the schema — the exact result depends on the deployed supabase backend, and we have
not independently verified its live behavior or completeness on the backend the app
currently uses.
Requesting deletion
You can trigger deletion yourself from Settings → Delete account in the app, or email benluger1@gmail.com from the address on your account and describe what you'd like removed. This address can receive deletion requests, but sending a request does not confirm that your account or your data has been removed. We can't promise a specific timeframe.
What may remain
Clubs and sessions you created are not deleted — these retained club/session records stay in place (with your creator reference cleared) so other members can keep using them. Club logos and other files you uploaded are stored objects in Supabase Storage and are also not automatically deleted when your account is removed.
