Clinic

Privacy Policy

What Clinic collects and how it is used.

What Clinic is

Clinic is a scheduling, attendance, and roster app for tennis clubs and clinics. It is a club-management tool built for tennis scheduling and communication, not a medical or health app, and it is not intended for storing health records.

Information we collect

Clinic stores data using Supabase (Postgres database, Auth, and Storage). This includes:

Clinic also keeps some information only on your device, such as your session token and local UI state, using AsyncStorage. This local data is not transmitted to us beyond what is needed to keep you signed in.

How information is used

Data you provide is used to operate the app's core features: authenticating your account, scheduling and displaying sessions, recording attendance, showing rosters, and delivering messages and announcements within your club.

Sharing

Information within a club (rosters, sessions, attendance, messages) is visible to other members and coaches of that club as needed for the app to function. Clinic does not sell your personal information.

Account deletion

The app offers in-app deletion (Settings → Delete account), which calls a database function named delete_account. You can also email benluger1@gmail.com to request deletion, but an email request does not by itself confirm that your account or data has been removed. Clubs and sessions you created may remain, and uploaded images may remain. See Delete account for exactly what this does and does not remove.
